Privacy
No trackers, no ads, no third-party analytics scripts. Browsing the site and adding events to your calendar requires no account and collects nothing.
What we collect
Only if you subscribe: your email address, the wording you agreed to, when you agreed, and where on the site you signed up. You must confirm via a link we email you (double opt-in). Event submissions contain only the event details you enter.
If you create an account (optional): your email address, the conferences you save, your CFP status per saved event, events you submit, notifications about those, and a private calendar-feed token. Sign-in is by one-time emailed link; we store only a hash of the link and of your session. We use this solely to run the account features and to email you about changes to events you saved or submitted. You can see everything in Account → Privacy, download it as JSON, sign out of every device, or delete the account (and all of the above) instantly.
How we use it
To email new conferences and CFP reminders you asked for. If we ever add sponsored placements or partner offers, we will tell you first and you can unsubscribe; we do not sell your email address.
Your rights
Every email has an unsubscribe link. To have your data deleted or exported, email the address in security.txt or open an issue. This applies under GDPR and India's DPDP Act.
